Please include name, grade & contact info. WHY DI? DI (Destination Imagination) has a profound way of improving a student’s confidence, personal scheduling, study habits, brainstorming skills, commitment and discovering what their hidden talents are! These all affect their choice of MS & HS classes and ultimately their career!
We find that DI students are most often involved in many activities, we are ALSO trying to get the student that are not involved in much - even students that are struggling *academically!
This is a great program for HS students to have listed on their college application! For many students it made the difference in being accepted.
The students will be able to develop and apply their drama, leadership, art, writing or technical skills in a team environment in a creative way that they decide. DI has been offered in Lake Geneva Schools for over 20 years. It is truly the best after-school program no one knows about!

 EDUCATORS CREDIT UNION AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPSThe ECU Carl Schroeder Memorial Award was awarded in October to the High School Destination Imagination (DI) team that advanced to Globals this year in Knoxville TN. Each Student received $50. Team members were Wyatt Starck, Courteney Robert, Tony Castillo, Dakota Lininger, Atlanna Tschida, Michael Wetherbee, and Erik Martinez. Kym Moore of ECU gave the students the award. The team was coached by Sandy & John Robert. Each year ECU awards this scholarship to the highest advancing DI team in honor of Carl Schroeder, who was an employee of ECU and was a strong supporter of DI for the educational and life skills experience that the DI program offers. All Lake Geneva students in Jt. 1 and Badger districts are encouraged to join. Visit the DI webpage on your schools website for more information.
Educators Credit Union Sponsors LGDI!This year again we are fortunate to have Educators Credit Union (ECU) as a local sponsor of DI. They have picked up the cost of past years DI program tshirts! They also print up our banners, posters, and subsidize the cost of trading pins for Global teams AND in the fall the “Carl Schroeder Memorial Scholarship Award” to the highest advancing DI team!  GET INVOLVED WITH YOUR STUDENT!Lake Geneva Schools has offered DI for over 21 years! We are seeking new adult volunteers or " Team Managers" to manage from 5 to 7 students. The students are in need of additional Team managers so that everyone can be on a team. DI is a program where students take what they know and what they are good at and learn to apply it to solve challenges, working together with a team and pushing the limits of imagination to best not their competition, but themselves.
There are five competitive team challenges from which to choose. Training and mentoring will be available during the entire program year! Team meetings will be held in the DI building during early evening hours.
